Chef's and home cooks just love Demeyere cookware it has to be some of the best in the world today and this 24cm Atlantis 7 Serving Pan is just amazing. When stewing, the ingredients are first seared and then further cooked in wine or broth. Due to the slow cooking process, the food remains nicely juicy with the right pan. The Demeyere Atlantis simmering pan supports the process in an optimal way: the 7-ply material consists of several layers of high-quality metals, which transfer heat evenly to the edge. Since the pan can be heated up, it is suitable for searing on the stove as well as for oven cooking. The lid closes the pan securely and prevents condensation from escaping. The food remains beautifully juicy. Although the material is suitable for all types of hobs, the frying pan is particularly suitable for use with induction. It consists of its 7-layer material with an aluminum core that optimally stores and distributes the heat. Due to the magnetic properties of the TriplInduc alloy, the frying pan is particularly energy efficient on induction hobs. The two handles have also been designed to be comfortable: they are made of one piece of 18/10 stainless steel so that no water can collect in them.Smiths of Loughton are stockists and offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.00 Product code 40850-934-0
