- Non stick coating
- Have just purchased a second AMT product. I have used as instructed I.e not over heated the pan, and after two years the first AMT pans non stick is still absolutely fantastic. Great product Smiths of Loughton.
- Heat Distribution
- This pan’s heat distribution is really great. Something that really grates me about a lot of pans is their uneven heat distribution. I did an experiment with egg white where I poured egg white into the pan in a even layer to see how evenly it cooked and it cooked at the exact same rate across the whole surface of the pan.
