- Free delivery on all order's over £50.00. ( UK Mainland only )

- Free collection from Smiths of Loughton, 132-136 High Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4BG.

- Delivery charge for UK mainland: £5.00 inc VAT per order up to £50.00

-Shipping to the Channel islands , Isle of Man and Scotish islands, please e mail for details.

-Smiths of Loughton do not normally ship outside the UK . If you have an enquiry for over seas,shipment please e mail ( info@smithsofloughton.com ) ( please check if you have home taxes to pay )

- Delivery for ( UK Mainland only ) we aim for between 3-7 working days, subject to stock availability.

- UK islands  may take longer.

- Working days are Monday to Friday – excluding Bank Holidays

Delivery

- Over the Christmas and new year period delivery may take extra time due to the high volume of orders.

- End of working day is 15.00 GMT. However, we will endeavour to process orders after this time.

- Smiths of Loughton main shipping agent is the Royal Mail/Post Office. Other shipping agents are occasionally used. Delivery times my be disrupted by industrial action taken by any of our shipping agents. Any such industrial action is outside our control and we cannot guarantee delivery times.

- If we cannot meet our normal delivery times because of stock shortages, we will inform you by email.  You may wish to accept the new delivery time or cancel if you wish.
