This 32cm frying pan with a removable handle has been voted “The World’s Best Pan” by the German Chefs Association. Made from high quality aluminium, these pans have a titanium oxide layer which is as hard as diamonds and extremely resistant to cuts and scratches. Each piece also has an anti-corrosion layer to protect your cookware against harsh detergents and acid compounds. The super thick base of 8-9mm is completely flat for optimal heat transfer and distribution. Every item has a non-stick coating sealed with Lotan, a revolutionary new product with antibacterial properties. To keep your AMT Gastroguss cookware in great condition, hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and use a silicon scrubber or brush. For best cooking results use sunflower oil or rapeseed oil.
